Servicing and maintaining your motorcycles are a key part of keeping you on the road safely, from the engine to the tyres, everything should be checked thoroughly. Through every step of the process from your initial enquiry to being presented your machine after work has been completed, we want you to experience a fantastic customer service. It's part of owning a Ducati, feeling like part of a larger family. We aim to provide a service second to none and build a long term relationship with you, it's what has kept us running for over 50 years.
Booking
Whether you choose to contact us by phone or e-mail your enquiry is answered by us in the showroom and if we sold you your machine you deal with the same team. This builds a relationship with for the entire time your bike is with us. If you would like to talk to our technicians Alan, Tom or Jason in the workshop we are more than happy to put you through.
Dropping off your machine
- We are open from 8.00am. If you need to drop your bike off early just let us know
- Collection anytime by prior arrangement during normal working hours. All details regarding the work you would like carried out are confirmed, in detail with you when we collect your machine.
- Drop your bike off on a Saturday and collect the following Saturday if this is more convenient. Loan bikes avaiable by prior arrangement.
- Why not book a ride on the latest demonstrator.
- We are located next to Alton Train Station, a main line through to London Waterloo.
- Why not leave a little time for a great breakfast at the Station Cafe when dropping off your bike.
Keeping in touch
- If your bike needs to be with us for a few days, we will keep you regularly updated.
- Our technicians will call you and discuss your options if some parts have wear left but may be nearing the end of their life.
- We will of course advise you as soon as your bike is ready to arrange a convenient time or day for you to collect or for us to deliver your bike back.
Collecting
- As well as a written report you will always have the opportunity to talk to the technician that worked on your bike.
- We are happy to retain the old parts removed for you to keep or inspect.
- If additional work has been recommended a full quotation will be provided.
